SDM Goals, 24th December 2025

1) What are your goals for the training?:

Newly moved into an SDR Manager position, also first time in a management position. I need to understand certain benchmarks/have guidelines. I do not know what's right or wrong essentially. Working in a start up/scale up environment, a lot of what I have done successfully has been through trial and error + effort. Need strong fundamental knowledge and not just work of instinct.

2) What issues would you like covered?:

Understanding when to fire someone, and having standarised processes and metrics to know when.
Establishing a process and having the conviction to get the team to follow said processes
Standardised onboarding journey

3)What information would you like to walk away with and take back with you?

Solutions to the points mentioned above
