What are your goals for the course?
Elite Professional Operators never stop training. I hope to use this course as a Spring Training Camp to reinforce, remind, and refine my core competencies.
The Post-It on my monitor that I wrote before I hit play says:
"Complacency kills more things than intention. Take ownership and action of your universe immediately."

What are your goals for the training?
  2. What issues would you like covered?
The 5 by 5's of great leadership, expectation setting, and communication.
Dealing with unrealistic players (Leaders, Execs, Founders, Managers, IC's, and Interdepartmental Collaborators)
Make it about the Customer, the Players, and the Company <- a strategy for checking Ego's at the door

  3. What information would you like to walk away with and take back with you?
A self-built cheatsheet and guide that I can use to check-down on my principles of ownership each day.

As you work through this training, please keep in mind the following questions:

 1. What is the most important goal(s) for you?
 2. What is most important to your manager?
 3. What is most important to your company?

Adding a 4th.
4. What does the bigger picture look like when you add these three questions together?
a. Where are principles in Conflict?
b. Where are principles in Compliment?
c. Which ones are non-negotiables?
d. Which ones are obligatory?
e. What don't you know at this point? (BE HONEST )
d. What is your plan for addressing the gaps?
